Wilsondale Apartments residents may pay rent through your Rent Café portal. If you have not already registered for Rent Café please contact the leasing office for registration instructions. Currently registered residents, simply log in to your portal and click on the ‘Payments’ tab to proceed – it’s that easy! Please contact the office should you need any additional assistance.
24 Hour Apartment Maintenance Request
The maintenance staff at Wilsondale Hampton Apartments wants to make living in your Hampton Roads apartment as comfortable as possible. At Wilsondale Apartments we are pleased to provide our residents with 24-hour emergency service and prompt attention to any non-emergency requests. At our community, every maintenance call and problem is treated as a priority! If you have an apartment maintenance service request, please call it to our attention as soon as it occurs so that we can respond as quickly as we can to fix the problem. Hopefully, you will never need this service, but if you do, our trained service staff at Wilsondale Hampton Apartments is just a phone call away. You may also use the online service request for all non-emergency requests.

Please keep in mind when calling the 24-hour apartment maintenance number on holidays or after office hours, you will reach an answering service. The answering service will ask you about the nature of the problem and determine if it is a “true” emergency. Our personnel will then be contacted by the answering service if an emergency does exist.
