2021 marks the 47th anniversary for the Virginia Beach Neptune Festival, taking place September 24th through 26th! The Neptune Festival features events and live performances along 30 blocks of the boardwalk, over 250 artisans displaying handmade work at the Art & Craft Show, 22 magnificent sand sculptures and many more events all weekend long.
